The key elements for the paper are:
- A maximum of 6 pages
- A maximum of 20 MB per uploaded file
- Through the online submission, please upload the following
- a pdf file of the paper
- a word file of the paper
- and the signed Copyright Transfer Agreement
- Follow the template file when writing your paper
- Final extension for submitting the paper is postponed to February 25, 2019

Please note, when using the template DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMATING, i.e. DO NOT CHANGE LINE WIDTHS, LINE SPACING, MARGINS, etc. If the guidelines and requested format are not followed the paper will be rejected at paper review, by the local committee or by the publisher of the proceedings. Please also ensure that your paper is proofread by a competent user of the English language.
Call for Abstracts
Those wishing to participate in the conference are invited to submit short 150-300 word abstracts for papers relating to the general topics of the conference. Please choose one of the main topics.
The conference language is English. Therefore, presentations, abstracts and papers must be in English.
The abstract should clearly indicate the content and important contributions of the paper.
Abstracts and papers will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
When your abstract has been approved, you must prepare a paper and after final approval, we will look forward to hearing your presentation at the conference. The formatting instructions for the paper will be available when your abstract has been approved. All approved papers will have the format of an oral presentation.
